Finalist
After the competition phase was concluded, the Zorlu Group asked the finalists to make certain amendments to their projects. Therefore, some changes were implemented in the second phase, while maintaining the original characteristic qualities.
In our project, in the second phase, the residential and hotel towers were asked to be pulled to the front of the complex in order to make full use of the Bosphorus view. Besides, the congress center was moved to the northwest area of the site, that is to the left of the overpass.
